This is just a quick post to tell you about some important local community news. After many years of closure (well over 10 years,) The Chamley Arms has finally reopened! The building has been painted and re-modelled and is now open for business. I hope that local residents will support this new community facility: it is rare to have a pub re-open, as quite a number are closing each month across the country.
I’m not sure about opening hours but I do know they take dogs and hopefully will be open in the daytime for coffee etc. I’m sure further details will emerge soon. This really is a case of use it or lose it so please do what you can to make it a viable and wonderful pub in Warcop.
